About Cinemateca

Cinemateca is a personal project that aggregates publicly available film data for educational and informational purposes. It is not a commercial service.

Content ownership

All film data, images, ratings, and metadata belong to their respective sources (TMDB, IMDb, Letterboxd, Rotten Tomatoes, Box Office Mojo, Wikidata, ShotOnWhat, Cinemetrics, Art of the Title, Spotify, and others listed on the Credits page). Cinemateca does not claim ownership of any third-party content. Film posters, backdrops, and profile photos are served via TMDB's image CDN under their API terms. Title design images are sourced from Art of the Title.

No warranties

Data is provided as-is. Ratings, box office numbers, awards, technical specs (cameras, lenses, film stock), shot length data, and other information may be incomplete or outdated. Cinemateca makes no guarantees about accuracy or availability.

The planner and festival matching features are informational tools. Submission decisions, fee payments, and festival strategy are your responsibility. Always verify deadlines and requirements directly with festival organizers.
